For nearly three decades, ICON has built a place where adults with developmental and behavioural needs grow skills, build friendships, and connect with their community. ICON is part of Integrated Community Options (ICO), a family of care services that also includes Pasa Alta Manor residential care.

Our Program
ICON's Adult Day Program is built around small-group activity, individual goal-setting, and weekly outings into the community. Career-building tracks help participants develop work-readiness skills at their own pace.
